Corrections Policy
Last updated: July 30, 2026
Accuracy is a core value at Veritya Daily. When we get something wrong, we correct it promptly and transparently.
Our commitment
- We acknowledge errors. We do not silently edit mistakes away.
- We correct quickly. Most corrections are made within 24 hours of being verified.
- We are transparent. Material corrections are noted on the article itself.
How to report an error
Email corrections@verityadaily.com or use our Contact page. Include:
- The article URL.
- The specific error (quote the incorrect text).
- The correct information.
- A reliable source for the correction.
How we handle corrections
Minor corrections (typos, grammar, minor factual slips)
Fixed silently. No correction notice required.
Material corrections (wrong facts, numbers, conclusions)
Corrected and noted with a visible correction notice:
Correction (Aug 2, 2026): An earlier version of this article stated Bitcoin ETF inflows were $1.5 billion. The correct figure is $1.05 billion, per Farside Investors. We regret the error.
Retractions
The article is removed or replaced with a retraction notice explaining why.
Updates (story developed, not an error)
New information is added with an "Updated" note describing the development.
What we don't do
- Silently delete or rewrite substantive corrections to hide errors.
- Leave known errors uncorrected.
- Refuse to acknowledge legitimate corrections.
Trust is earned by acknowledging mistakes, not hiding them.
